Firstly, let’s examine why these fires became such a hazard this past bush fire season. Local council restrictions make the back-burning and hazard-reduction burning of land nearly impossible in Australia. This is a major reason why the bushfires became worse this southern hemisphere summer, and why this is one of the worse bushfire seasons in years.
Climate activists and environmentalists from the cities made the bush fires worse beforehand by protesting against the usual winter back-burnings (burning off foliage to create fire-breaks in the winter when it’s safer and easier to control). The Australian aborigines had been doing back-burnings for thousands of years, it was normal to the Australian ecology. Without doing so, the fires in the summer could be much worse.
The climate activists and environmentalists stop the back-burning in many places, or local councils put in laws to prevent it as they favoured what the “greenies” said instead of abiding commonsense and safety.
So, when the bushfire season started, this time around there was more to burn and the bush fires were hotter and larger and spread more. This has made many, many, many people in Australia very, very, very angry at the climate activists and environmentalists. Especially as these same fools try to claim it’s due to “climate change”, when in truth it’s due to THEM being idiots.
Blaming “climate change” is nothing more than political opportunism.
The truth such as the above was censored on Facebook (increasingly called “fakebook” by a lot of it’s detractors).
The Australian and International news media corporations misrepresented the causes, the circumstances. They tried to play down the role of arsonists in starting the majority of the fires. They played down the role of environmentalists in preventing hazard reduction and back burning. They tried to dishonestly push a narrative of “unprecedented fires” and climate crisis which was completely false. Around 87% of bushfires are caused by humans either deliberately or accidentally starting them, according to Dr. Paul Read, co-director of the National Centre for Research in Bushfire and Arson. Australian Police are now working on the premise that arson is to blame for much of the desolation. Around 200 idiots arrested so far in different places. 40% of the fires were deliberately started with the intention of causing trouble, 47% of the fires because people were stupid/incompetent and didn’t care enough about the risk. 87% of the fires total were started by people, in other words.
Repeatedly, arsonists started fires and repeatedly fires were started by accidents, but the climate activists played down the truth. They also played down the role of environmentalists in making the fires so much worse!
Too many news reports of arson to be ignored, yet the climate activists and green lobby dishonestly played down the role of arson!

They only list ONE major bushfire in 1974 – and dishonestly says only 4.5million hectares. They lied.
Of course there’s no comment section or anything to call this out on the UK Guardian, because they have to push that climate crisis propaganda regardless of whatever the real truth is.

and for those people who think Australia is some wonderfully cool temperate place like much of North America or Europe, BZZZT! WRONG!
Australia does NOT have a “temperate” cool climate, it’s a HOT COUNTRY with a climate similar to that of NORTH AFRICA over most of the continent.
I’ve seen every few years the global warming hysterics and panic-mongering trying to scream at everyone that we are all doomed in the next few years, or next decade, or whatever…. and NOTHING HAPPENING. I was being told by teachers when I was in school that the oil would run out in the 1980s – didn’t happen – that snow wouldn’t fall on the Himalayas by the 1990s – didn’t happen. On and on and on.
Then I learned how the World Wildlife Fund (WWF) is largely sponsored corporations. How Greenpeace sold it’s soul to corporations. How every major “environmental group” out there was nothing more than another corporate entity that got their money from other corporations while scamming their believers. Greenpeace protests against Japanese fishing trawlers, but says NOTHING about the American fishing trawlers that do the same things. Greenpeace makes a big deal of noise about their Sea Shepherd attacking Japanese whalers, but DOES NOTHING about the Norwegians doing the same thing. The idea of “carbon credits” is just another casino for the rich playing with money and the governments getting more money from the people in taxation. The screaming about “CO2 is bad” deliberately ignores that not only does nature produce far more CO2 than humans ever could, it varies 12 x as much, and can release enough crap into the atmosphere in one volcanic eruption (as Mt. Saint Helens did) to drop global temperatures (as Mt. Saint Helens did when it erupted). The “Year without a Summer” in the early 19th century was due to one single large volcanic eruption. The United Nations’ IPCC favoured “climate models” totally ignore the SUN as a variable factor!
